AceShowbiz - Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix have agreed to offload their $2 million Los Angeles home nearly a year after a lawsuit was filed to force the sale. Sandoval announced the impending sale on Wednesday's episode of his podcast, "Everybody Loves Tom", co-hosted by his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson. "The house is going on the market. [We are] selling the house, getting it ready," Sandoval said.
The former couple, whose relationship ended in 2023 after Sandoval's affair with Rachel Leviss (Raquel Leviss), purchased the home in 2019. After the breakup, Sandoval refused to leave, leading to prolonged cohabitation and communication only through a mediator.
Madix filed a lawsuit in January seeking to sell the property, while Sandoval rejected the request. He claimed Madix owed him $90,000 before the sale could proceed. Despite Madix purchasing a new Hollywood Hills home in March, the legal battle continued.
According to TMZ, Sandoval previously offered Madix $600,000 to buy out her share of the property but she declined. He alleged that she hadn't contributed to household expenses for months.
The decision to sell the shared home comes amid uncertainty surrounding the future of "Vanderpump Rules". Sources suggest that the upcoming 12th season could be its last due to salary disputes and ongoing conflicts among cast members.
Meanwhile, Sandoval and Robinson are moving in together less than a year after making their relationship public. Madix, on the other hand, is dating New York-based personal trainer Daniel Wai.
The fate of "Vanderpump Rules" remains unclear, with conversations about casting and the show's future reportedly ongoing. However, the sale of Sandoval and Madix's shared home marks a significant step in their respective journeys after the tumultuous breakup.
