Gracie Abrams reflects on her unforgettable experiences as Taylor Swift's opening act on the 'Eras Tour', revealing how it has impacted her life and inspired her music.

AceShowbiz - For Gracie Abrams, 25, being part of Taylor Swift's "Eras Tour" has been a transformative journey. After sharing the stage with Swift on Saturday, October 19, at the second Miami show, she expressed her profound emotions on Instagram.

"I will never ever forget what this felt like," Abrams wrote, sharing a photo from the performance. "Thank you night 2 from the bottom of my heart. Currently writing a whole entire love letter to Miami... Being back on this tour feels like coming home. I love you @taylorswift."

As Swift's record-breaking tour concludes in December 2024, Abrams will continue to open for the remaining shows. Previously, she joined Swift as a special guest on the tour to debut their collaborative track "Us" from Abrams' album "The Secret of Us".

In an interview with Who What Wear, Abrams described her "out of body" experience of performing at London's Wembley Stadium with Swift. "To see somebody have the ability to... make it feel like you and her are the only two people there... was hugely important for me to see," she said.

The "Eras Tour" has not only been a profound experience for Abrams, but it has also inspired her latest record. "I am so f**king happy that we get to do [The Secret of Us] on Eras just because so much of the album was undeniably inspired by the kind of energy that radiates from both Taylor herself and her fans," she told Who What Wear.

Abrams' journey on the "Eras Tour" has also helped her overcome her stage fright. "Not just in terms of performing and stage fright... but in my life," she explained. "I told myself that I knew I would hate performing... and I didn't end up feeling that way at all."
