Pacino, 84, and Alfallah, 30, welcomed Roman in June 2023. While they initially began dating in 2022, they later decided to remain just friends.
Alfallah is currently romantically linked to comedian and talk show host Bill Maher, 68. Despite their age difference, a source claims their relationship has been ongoing longer than most people realize.
Pacino confirmed his separation with Alfallah after she was spotted leaving West Hollywood's celebrity hotspot Chateau Marmont early this month.
Al Pacino recently opened up about fatherhood in his memoir, "Sonny Boy," describing it as a "mini miracle." He expressed his love for his children, who have had a profound impact on his life.
Under a Los Angeles court ruling, Al Pacino is required to pay Alfallah approximately $30,000 per month in child support. He is also responsible for a $110,000 lump sum payment, a monthly $13,000 night nurse fee, and uninsured medical expenses. Additionally, he is required to deposit $15,000 annually into an education fund for Roman.
