AceShowbiz - Nicole Kidman and Salma Hayek were involved in a tense moment while attending a Balenciaga show during Paris Fashion Week. Captured in a newly-emerged video, the "Big Little Lies" actress could be seen pushing Salma's hand at the September 30 event.

In the clip, the two stars were seen posing for cameras alongside Katy Perry. Nicole, however, seemed to be wanting to end the photo session as she had her back facing the cameramen. Seeing that, Salma apparently attempted to get the "Aquaman" star face the camera once again by putting her arm around her.

The gesture wasn't welcomed by Nicole, who quickly grabbed the "Magic Mike's Last Dance" actress' hand and pushed it away. The two then exchanged a few words, though it's unclear what they said to each other. Some people believed that Nicole told Salma, "Don't touch me."

Later in the video, the Mexican star could be heard telling Nicole, "Yes please. Advice," as Nicole walked away. The Australian actress then seemingly said, "You don't need it," to which Salma replied, "I do."

The video quickly went viral with Internet users sharing their takes on the matter. "I am team #Salmahayek. I've met Nicole before and she is a snob. A typical entitled Hollywood snob! Most likely she is drunk or high here.. we will never know," one person wrote on X, formerly Twitter.

"Kidman is never beating the allegations that's she thoroughly unlikeable," another echoed the sentiment. Someone else, meanwhile, defended Nicole. "Nicole was right tho… keep your hands to yourself Hayek!" the user said.

Despite the tense moment unraveling before her, Katy Perry, meanwhile, appeared unfazed. The "Dark Horse" singer continued to pose for the camera with Salma after Nicole left.

Neither Salma, who donned a black dress with a plunging neckline for the night, nor Nicole, who opted for wearing a black turtleneck dress with sheer tights, stilettos and sunglasses, has addressed the viral moment.
