AceShowbiz - Courtney Stodden looked confident while showing off her natural appearance. The former "Celebrity Big Brother" star flaunted her stunning look less than one month after removing her lip fillers from her wild teen years.
On Thursday, October 10, the 30-year-old reality TV star sent Daily Mail one of her latest selfies. In the photo, it could be seen that she was striking a pose in front of the camera. She appeared fresh with her natural pink lips that were glowing.
Courtney was photographed seemingly fixing her hair with one of her hands. She showed a stoic facial expression, without a smile on her face. She was rocking a black tank top and a gold necklace. In addition, her long blonde tresses, which covered part of her face, cascaded down her shoulders.
During a chat with the media outlet, Courtney opened up about removing her lip fillers. Noting that she "wanted to get back to her natural appearance after her wild teen years," she said, "I decided to dissolve the lip filler because it was time."
The former "Big Brother's Bit on the Side" star went on to explain, "Entering the era of my 30s is a big step forward in my life. I never thought I'd see 30, yet here I am. And I want to make that little girl inside of me proud - the one who loved herself and treated herself with kindness."
"The girl who had peace and compassion for herself and others," Courtney continued. The model/singer added, "I am not speaking for anyone but myself. We are all on our own journey but one can get lost in the idea of becoming someone else. I'm returning back to her... me... that girl."
This was not the first time Courtney talked about removing her lip fillers. In September, she shared on Instagram, "Got my lip filler dissolved today guys. Look y'all - I'm growing up haha - swelling will go away in 3 days and I'll have my own lips again. I'm kinda excited. I must be 30! So far my 30s have been the happiest days I've had in a really long time. Lots of self reflection and just good juju overall ... I like this season of my life."
