Despite her success, Zendaya admitted in a recent interview that she struggles with the pressures of fame. She shared that she's an introvert at heart and finds the constant scrutiny of being a celebrity overwhelming.
"I feel like, often, I am not cut out for that part of it," she said. "I love my job, but I'm terrified of the fame that comes with it."
Zendaya explained that fashion has become a protective armor for her, allowing her to project an image of confidence and go out into the world. "I would like to be a person and for people to see me as that first," she added.
