The 'Fantastic Four' actor and his ex Alice Evans' tumultuous divorce saga just witnesses a sensational development as accusations fly and courtroom drama unravels.

AceShowbiz - The bitter divorce between Ioan Gruffudd and Alice Evans has escalated with new allegations of "fraternization" and social media defamation. In a bizarre twist, Evans has accused Gruffudd of engaging in "fraternizing" with a female lawyer, Andrea Burkhart, during a recent court appearance.
According to Evans, Burkhart has been making disparaging remarks about her on social media and referring to her as "Malice" instead of her given name. Evans claims to have witnessed Gruffudd and Burkhart "smiling and laughing" in court, which has raised concerns for her.
Evans' allegations are supported by documents filed in court, which include a photograph of Burkhart outside the Los Angeles courthouse and a series of her social media posts that criticize Evans and support Gruffudd's claims that Evans is exaggerating her financial difficulties. Burkhart, who identifies herself as a defense attorney, has been following the Gruffudd/Evans divorce closely, providing commentary on her YouTube channel.
Gruffudd, in turn, has accused Evans of violating a court order and harassing him and his fiance Bianca Wallace with "disparaging" social media posts. He has also claimed that Evans engaged in a pattern of "damaging and defamatory conduct" against him and his family.
In her response, Evans denies violating any court orders and attributes her previous social media posts to emotional distress following the sudden end of their marriage. She maintains that her recent posts are general comments about her life and court proceedings, not intended to disturb Gruffudd's peace.
The couple, whose 14-year marriage ended in 2021, is still battling over child support, spousal support and custody of their two daughters. A hearing is scheduled for October 8 to address Evans's request for a protective order regarding her deposition.
