These accusations emerged shortly after news of his alleged relationship with New York Magazine correspondent Olivia Nuzzi took center stage.

Mediaite, which first reported on the claims, reviewed text messages from one of the women detailing her purported relationship with Kennedy. All three women reportedly began texting one another about their experiences after the Nuzzi story broke last month. A representative for Kennedy, 70, vehemently denied these allegations, stating, "Mr. Kennedy has had no romantic relationships with any woman other than his wife since their marriage."

The turmoil in Kennedy's personal life has been exacerbated by his alleged relationship with Olivia Nuzzi, 31, who profiled him for New York Magazine during his presidential campaign. Although Nuzzi claimed their romance was never physical, sources say she told friends they expressed love for each other over the phone regularly. Despite the emotional connection, Kennedy purportedly made it clear he would not leave his wife Cheryl Hines.

Adding complexity to the narrative, Nuzzi has accused her ex-fiance, Politico journalist Ryan Lizza, of blackmailing her over her relationship with Kennedy. These accusations, coupled with Nuzzi's placement on leave from New York Magazine, have only fueled the media firestorm.
