Diddy has maintained his innocence, with his attorney Marc Agnifilo asserting to TMZ, "I spend several hours with him every day. His resolve is strong. He's engaged."

Agnifilo also mentioned that Diddy is determined to fight the charges, seeing no reason to take a plea deal. "He believes he's innocent and what's more, he believes that he needs to stand up not just for himself, for his family and for everybody who has been targeted by the federal government," Agnifilo said.
