According to Mitchell-Kidd's statement on the News Nation program Banfield, she has received information about a "particular video" that has been "shopped around" in Hollywood. The video is said to be explicit and was allegedly filmed in Diddy's Atlanta home, with the unidentified celebrity seemingly unaware that they were being recorded.

Mitchell-Kidd represents multiple clients who have accused Diddy of misconduct but did not specify whether the individual referred to in her statement is anonymous or simply unnamed.

Despite the rumors, federal officials have confirmed that they seized alleged tapes during raids on Diddy's Miami and Los Angeles properties. However, the existence and distribution of these videos outside of law enforcement remain the subject of speculation.

Mitchell-Kidd further also provided details of her client's alleged experience with Diddy in 2018. She was allegedly plied with a drink and sexually assaulted by Diddy and another man while staying at a friend's house who had industry ties. When she fled the house, a neighbor reportedly saw her before she later filed a police report.
