AceShowbiz - Zayn Malik's daughter is growing up before our eyes. The "Pillow Talk" singer left social media users sobbing after sharing a heartfelt tribute to Khai Malik, whom he shares with supermodel Gigi Hadid, on her 4th birthday.
On Thursday, September 19, the 31-year-old former One Direction member celebrated Khai's 4th birthday. Making use of his Instagram page, he penned a sweet message to his beloved daughter. In the caption of his new post, he wrote, "Happy birthday to the most important person in my life."
Zayn went on to shower Khai with love, "I love you more than words allow me to express, beyond proud to call you my daughter.. grateful for every second I get to spend next to you, as you become the incredible person I know you already are." He added, "Four years ago today my life changed forever and I wouldn't be the man I am today without you."
Along with the heart-warming birthday tribute, Zayn offered social media users a glimpse of his quality time with Khai. In the same post, he treated his followers to a photo, in which he carried Khai as they enjoyed a breathtaking view of the ocean, despite rarely sharing snaps featuring his young daughter.
It did not take long for the post to be flooded with positive responses from Instagram users. One in particular wrote, "Oh man i'm sobbing." Similarly, another chimed in, "OH MY GOSH IM SOBBING." Meanwhile, others were taken aback by the fact that Khai is now 4 years old. One of them stated, "Four? i just sleep for one night." Another added, "Omg she is so big zayn."
Earlier that day, Khai's mother Gigi took to her own Instagram account to express her gratitude for having her daughter in her life. Alongside a series of photos, Gigi gushed, "Our girl is 4 today and we celebrated all week!!! She loves animals (fantastical ones too), music, baby yoda, all things nature & bugs, Descendants, anything squishy or miniature, and if possible- will be in the water from dawn til dusk."
"She is curious, adventurous, loving, and oh so witty," the Victoria's Secret model continued. "Khai- it is my life's greatest joy and pride to be your mama!!!!
