The embattled hip-hop mogul is photographed confidently strutting his stuff and posing for selfies with fans during an outing with his son Christian 'King' Combs in Manhattan just hours before his arrest.

AceShowbiz - Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' last photos before his fateful arrest have surfaced online. The embattled record executive looked smug as he was pictured in New York City, just hours before he was arrested on Monday, September 16.

The rapper stepped out with his son Christian Combs a.k.a. King Combs earlier on Monday. In pictures obtained by TMZ, the 54-year-old confidently strutted his stuff during a stroll in midtown Manhattan with his son.

Looking in good spirits, the Bad Boy Records founder even stopped to greet some fans. He flashed a smile while posing for selfies with fans, seemingly unaware of the looming legal woes coming in later in the evening.

Diddy rocked a black T-shirt and gray pants underneath a long black jacket, which was left unzipped. He added a pair of gray shoes and dark shades to complete his stylish look.

King, who walked side-by-side with his father, opted for a gray T-shirt with a matching jacket and a pair of pants in matching color. He also wore white shoes and accessorized with a huge chain necklace.

On late Monday, Diddy was taken into federal custody following a grand jury indictment. Homeland Security reportedly swooped into a midtown hotel where Diddy was staying and they arrested him. Unconfirmed reports claimed the feds were searching his hotel room. He was subsequently taken to the FBI Field Office in Manhattan.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the arrest was initially scheduled for Tuesday, but something happened that caused the feds to move in a day earlier. However, U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said federal agents took Diddy in based on a sealed indictment filed by the Southern District of New York. The charges were not immediately clear.

Following Diddy's arrest, Aubrey O'Day reacted via her Instagram page. "The purpose of Justice is to provide an ending and allow us the space to create a new chapter. Women never get this," she wrote on her Story. The former Danity Kane singer added, "I feel validated. Today is a win for women all over the world, not just me. Things are finally changing."

Lisa Bloom, who is representing one of the people suing Diddy, also said in a statement, "Given the brutal beating of Sean Combs' girlfriend caught on video and the eight people who have now accused him of abuse in court filings, including my brave client Dawn Richard, this arrest seems long overdue."

The attorney added, "It's a big, moving day for victims, but an arrest is only the beginning. May justice be delivered to Mr. Combs. We implore other accusers to come forward in solidarity and join us in this fight."
