AceShowbiz - Cardi B, after giving birth to her third child nine days ago, has returned to her fitness routine. She shared videos on Instagram of her in the gym in an effort to regain her pre-baby body. The Bronx rapper started with simple exercises as a warm-up before bracing herself for the heavier ones.
"No heavy lifting, no weight just straight stair master until next week and I start with @fitking_plem," she wrote. "Remember ladies this is my third baby …with my other 2 babies I was still on bedrest on my first week postpartum."
Expressing her determination to "snap back" to her previous fitness level, Cardi B addressed criticism she received during her previous pregnancies. She stated that she gained only 15lbs during this pregnancy and planned to work out immediately after giving birth to prove her detractors wrong.
In addition to her fitness updates, Cardi B also shared progress on her upcoming album. She tweeted, "Now is crunch time [disc emoji] on my kids," indicating that she is in the final stages of the project. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of her music, and it may come sooner than expected.
