AceShowbiz - Karrahbooo revealed that her beef with Lil Yachty cost her a lot. On Thursday, September 12, the raptress hopped on Instagram Live to talk about the drama and that she's ready to put the past behind her.
"There's two sides of the story. There's truth and there's cap," Karrahbooo shared. She went on saying that she's "been silenced" for "three months" amid the beef.
Elsewhere during her Live, Karrahbooo also expressed her gratitude towards fans who have been supporting her. "Thank y'all, for coming to my Live," she stated. "Everything is fine, and I'm okay. Love y'all."
Internet users, however, didn't seem to be sympathetic toward the former Concrete Boys star. "Girl we don’t wanna hear that s**t," one wrote in an Instagram comment. "You rap TERRIBLY sis we don't care," another commented.
Some others, meanwhile, slammed Karrahbooo over the sound of her chewing gum while talking. "Is she high or something. The noises her mouth make annoying asf," one person said. Another noted, "All that gum smackin .. u weren’t silenced enough." Echoing the sentiment, someone penned, "All that smacking gomn I don't even care about your side anymore."
The Instagram Live came after Karrahbooo and Lil Yachty shaded each other on social media. On Sunday, August 25, Yachthy posted on his Instagram Stories a cryptic message that was seemingly directed to Karrahboo. "Don't throw rocks and hide your hand," so he wrote in the post.
In response to the post, Karrahboo reacted in a lengthy message. "i never threw rocks and u have my number u big grown b^itch leave me alone literally @lilyachty," she said while tagging the rapper directly.
"i never said nothing about s**t and I still ain't said nothing about what's really going on i don't want no beef wit you industry people just move on wit ur life stop tryna bring me down when I stay out the way I'm done talking u got it yo character gone speak for itself," she continued.
Prior to the Instagram back-and-forth, the raptress fired back at Lil Yachty for claiming that he wrote all of her songs. While performing "Running Late" at Pepsi Dig In Day in Chicago, the former Concrete Boy shouted, "Who ain't write it… who ain't write it," several times.
