The 'Simple Life' star recently shared a video showing a deep cut on her bloodied knee while filming a music video for her new song from upcoming album 'Infinity Icon'.

AceShowbiz - Paris Hilton, 43, revealed that she suffered a knee injury on the set of her new music video. In a since-deleted Instagram video, Hilton was seen sitting on a metal grate with a deep cut on her knee. She asked if there was glass in it, but someone off-camera clarified that it was a sequin from her costume.
"I guess glitter really does run in my veins," Hilton joked in the caption. "Can't wait for you to see all this hard work come to life in the #BBA music video on Friday!"
Hilton remained unfazed by the injury, suggesting that she could hide her knee in the shot they were about to film. A crew member praised Hilton as a "trooper" for continuing with the shoot despite her injury.
Hilton joked that she had put "blood, sweat, fire, and tears" into making the video, referring to an accidental trailer fire that had occurred on the set in August. "Slaying too hard," she quipped.
In the video, Hilton's knee was eventually bandaged, and she added, "The show must go on."
Hilton's upcoming album, "Infinite Icon," is set to be released on September 6. The music video is for her single "Bad B***h Academy" which will be the second single on the album, following "I'm Free" featuring Rina Sawayama.
