The former 'Tiny and Toya' star takes to social media to reveal that she recently underwent a procedure to remove fibroid, thanking her husband Robert Rushing for being by her side while she's in the hospital.

AceShowbiz - Toya Johnson is quietly nursing herself back to health. The reality TV personality has revealed that she recently went under the knife for a procedure to remove fibroid, but has since been discharged from the hospital and "healing" at home.
The "Tiny and Toya" alum shared her health update via social media on Sunday, September 1. She took to her Instagram page to post a video documenting her in the hospital. She looked weak while lying in bed and wearing a blue hospital gown. The video then switched to show her husband Robert "Red" Rushing, who was sleeping on a couch in the same room.
In the caption, she informed her followers, "Happy Sunday everyone! My fibroid procedure was successful. I'm back home healing." Thanking her husband for taking care of her during her hospital stay, she continued, "S/O to my hubby for always being by my side. I'm a big baby during times like this and he's always super patient with me making sure I'm good. Love you @mrrushlife."
Toya shared the same video via her YouTube channel. She didn't disclose further details of her condition, but she teased that a "new vlog [is] coming soon."
The comments section of Toya's post was quickly flooded with messages wishing her speedy recovery. "feel better beautiful! Way to hold it down @mrrushlife," one person wrote. Another shared, "I've been through fibroid surgery and it's no joke. I hope you recover quickly!"
A third agreed as saying, "Any woman with fibroids are literally superwoman to me. They are no joke." A fourth follower penned, "Healing is yours sis." Someone chimed in, "I've been dealing with fibroids also. I'm praying hard for your recovery," as another added, "Praying for a healthy and speedy recovery Toya."
Toya married Robert on October 15, 2022, in Cabo San Lucas. Their daughter Reign was born on February 8, 2018. The reality TV star was previously in a relationship with rapper Lil Wayne, to whom she was married from 2004 until 2006. She gave birth to their daughter Reginae Carter when she was 15 and Lil Wayne was 16.
