A large U-Haul truck is seen parked outside the 'Marry Me' actress and the 'Gone Girl' actor's Beverly Hills mansion, which has been put on sale, amid their divorce.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are moving on amid their ongoing divorce. The estranged couple is seemingly ready to leave their Beverly Hills mansion for good after the singer/actress filed for divorce to end their marriage.
On Thursday, August 29, a large U-Haul truck was seen parked outside the divorcing couple's marital home. According to Daily Mail which obtained the photos, there was also a curious red pick-up loaded with cardboard boxes parked outside the recently-renovated home.
It's unclear who was unloading their stuff from the mega mansion, but Jen and Ben had quietly put their home, which they purchased for $60.85 million in May 2023, on the market. In July, the house was publicly listed on MLS for $68 million.
The estranged couple had been living separately for months even before she filed for divorce on August 20. The Oscar-winning screenwriter and producer has been staying in a rental home in Brentwood, near the house of his ex-wife Jennifer Garner. He reportedly removed his belongings from the marital home in June, when J.Lo was away in Europe.
In July, it was revealed that Ben has purchased a multi-million dollar L.A. estate. He reportedly closed escrow on the Pacific Palisades mansion for $20.5 million on the day J.Lo celebrated her 55th birthday, which was reportedly the final straw for the "Atlas" star.
"Ben's decision to move into his own home is the final insult," a source told RadarOnline.com last month. "J.Lo had been holding onto hope that there could be a reconciliation if they were to spend some time apart, but this is like a stab in the heart."
J.Lo, meanwhile, has been house hunting in Beverly Hills. Following her return to the West Coast after celebrating her birthday in the Hamptons, the singer/actress was seen checking out a $68 million mansion with her child Emme.
