AceShowbiz - Ice Spice isn't staying silence anymore amid persistent Ozempic rumors. After addressing the allegations earlier this month, the rising hip-hop star has proven that she has been working hard at the gym to get snatched.

On Thursday, August 29, the 24-year-old posted on her TikTok page a new video that showed her grueling workout. The clip started as the Bronx femcee stretched out, showing off her flexibility on a mat.

She then took on various fitness equipments that train her thigh muscles. The "Think U the S**t (Fart)" femcee didn't forget to train her cardio by running on a treadmill. She was also seen lifting weights in the video, which she set to her own song "BB Belt".

Ice revealed her workout routine after she broke her silence on speculation that she's using Ozempic to lose her weight. She addressed the rumors for the first time during a conversation on X Spaces on August 19.

When she was complimented for her look, she responded, "Cuz I was like... I wish y'all never learned the word Ozempic. Like what even is Ozempic? What the f**k is that? Like genuinely what is that, bro?"

The four-time Grammy Award nominee insisted that her stunning physical transformation is the result of working out, eating healthy and her grueling tour schedule. "Like you lazy b***hes have never heard of a gym?" she fired back. "It's called the gym. It's called eating healthy. It's called being on tour." She added, "Maybe if I was sitting home all f**king day it'd be easier to stay big."

Prior to making the statements, Ice, born Isis Naija Gaston, documented her fitness journey on social media. Back in July, she posted on her Instagram page a selfie taken at a gym. In the photo, she held her phone to capture her backside while she was clad in a bright pink bodysuit. The "Munch (Feelin' U)" hitmaker also posted a picture of her leaving a sweat mark on a workout equipment.
