Wack previously divulged on 'The 100 Show' Irv had suffered a stroke and couldn't walk on his own without a cane, and he even shared a picture of the producer using his 'walker.'

AceShowbiz - Irv Gotti's team has shut down Wack 100's claims about the producer's health. Though they confirmed that Irv had a minor stroke months ago, they revealed that the Murder Inc. co-founder has recovered.
"Irv has been struggling with diabetes for years, which caused him to have a minor stroke over six months ago. He has since changed his diet to eating more healthy. He's been successful in making a full recovery," the team told TMZ. "Irv is not in a rehab facility. He is at home with his family, enjoying life."
The clarification arrived after Wack divulged on "The 100 Show" on Monday that Irv had suffered a stroke and couldn't walk on his own without a cane. He said he got the information to a representative at a stroke recovery center.
Wack also unleashead a picture of Irv from recovery. The photo showed the producer walking with a cane, which Wack referred to as a "walker." Wack claimed the snap was taken outside of a recovery center and added that Irv has "lost a lot weight" amid his alleged health crisis.
Irv himself got candid about his health issues on the "Drink Champs" podcast in 2023. While noting that his diabetes was "deteriorating" his body, Irv admitted he wasn't consistent with taking his insulin and said his doctors had encouraged him to change up his diet, which he found tricky.
Aside from health struggles, Irv has been facing legal trouble. A former partner filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Irv, accusing him of sexually assaulting and abusing her on several occasions between 2020 and 2022 in Saint Martin, Miami and Atlanta.
However, Irv has denied any wrongdoing. "[The suit] was filed after Mr. Gotti rejected the attempt by this individual to coerce a payment of money from him," his rep said, according to TMZ. "The lawsuit contains a single page of 'facts' which are unsworn to, sparse by any measure, and which Mr. Gotti categorically denies."
"The allegations represent an affront to women who have truly suffered abuse," they added. "Mr. Gotti has been surrounded by strong women the entirety of his life - his mother, five sisters, and daughter."
