AceShowbiz - Lea Michele, the star of "Glee," has given birth to a baby girl, her second child with husband Zandy Reich. Michele announced the happy news on Instagram on Sunday, August 25, sharing a photo of the newborn's tiny hand being held by her, Reich, and their 4-year-old son, Ever Leo.
"Our hearts are so full. Emery Sol Reich," Michele captioned the adorable photo.
Michele and Reich, 41, tied the knot in March 2019 and welcomed their first child, Ever, in August 2020. The Broadway actress announced her second pregnancy in March with a photo of herself cradling her baby bump.
"Mommy, Daddy and Ever are overjoyed," she wrote at the time.
In May, Michele revealed on Mother's Day that she was having a baby girl. "The most beautiful Mother's Day today, holding my son who made me a mama…and carrying my daughter," she wrote alongside a picture of her growing belly.
Michele has been open about her struggles to conceive in recent years. In a 2021 interview, she admitted that she had considered "just stopping" trying to get pregnant before conceiving Ever.
"I kept thinking, 'Maybe this isn't meant to be for me. Maybe this isn't going to happen. It's something that for me, personally, was always my biggest fear in my entire life. It's what I've wanted more than anything," she said.
The arrival of Emery Sol Reich is a sweet addition to Michele's growing family.
