As it's nearing the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, rumors are swirling that the pop superstar will make it back in time for the event after concluding her five-day Wembley shows.

AceShowbiz - Swifties are looking forward to their favorite star's possible appearance at an upcoming historic event. As it is nearing the Democratic National Convention, rumors have been swirling on the Internet that Taylor Swift will show up at the event.
The 34-year-old singer/songwriter is currently wrapping up the European leg of her sold-out "Eras Tour" in London. She still has a few shows left at the Wembley Stadium until Tuesday, August 20, but she has plenty of time to make it to Chicago on her private jet and attend events happening on Wednesday and Thursday.
The speculation has been running high particularly after fans tried to decode a series of supposed Easter eggs on her tour. The light-up wristbands handed out before her concert in Hamburg, Germany lit up in red, white and blue when Swift played a mash-up of her songs "Last Great American Dynasty" and "Run". The Grammy winner also rocked a blue dress during the performance, which many took as a hint at her approval of Kamala Harris as the next president.
Swift isn't the only big star rumored to make an appearance at the DNC that will kick off on Monday, August 19. It was previously reported that Beyonce Knowles will perform on the last day of the convention, immediately before introducing Harris.
Media Take Out claimed that it was the R&B diva who reached out to Harris' team first. The wife of hip-hop mogul Jay-Z reportedly expressed her willingness to help the campaign in any way that she could.
Beyonce has cleared Harris' team to use her song "Freedom" throughout her presidential campaign. Earlier this month, Daily Mail also reported that the former Destiny's Child member is planning to donate for the VP.
"Beyonce has cleared her schedule to attend a Kamala Harris fundraiser," a so-called insider told the outlet. "She feels the stakes are too high and believes in Kamala's vision for America," the informant divulged. "She has set aside $4 million dollars to donate to the campaign, with plans to donate more if she sees the need to."
While Swift and Beyonce's appearances have not been confirmed, a number of stars have been enlisted to host the events. Actor Tony Goldwyn, political commentator Ana Navarro, actress/comedian Mindy Kaling and actress Kerry Washington are set to play a pivotal role at the DNC.
