AceShowbiz - 50 Cent has caught wind of Hurricane Chris' criticism. After the "A Bay Bay" rapper slammed him for not highlighting more local artists for Humor & Harmony Weekend in Shreveport, the "Power" star/creator was quick to offer his clapback.
"Hurricane Flex [smiley face open mouth emoji] boy ya s**t is wack," the 49-year-old wrote on Instagram on Sunday, August 18. "f**k you think you @FredoBang [face with raised eye emoji] ya s**t gets no play in my ride. LOL."
Fredo Bang himself has responded to Hurricane Chris' rant against 50 Cent. "Hurricane, if he didn't put no Louisiana artists, Louisiana legends, who the f**k I am then?" the Louisiana-born artist argued.
Hurricane Chris previously accused Fif of not having any New Orleans artists perform at his Humor & Harmony Festival earlier this month. "How the f**k you supposed to be a n***a apart of Hip-Hop and you throw a motherf**king concert in Louisiana and don't book no Louisiana legends?" he fumed.
"And don't put no bankroll in Louisiana legends' pockets, but you pay the police a half a million dollars?" he continued. "What type of b***h a** s**t is that? N***a, you ain't f**king with my city, n***a, you taking advantange of my city, n***a, 'cause s**t cheap and s**t cost way less than where you're from."
Not stopping there, the musician added, "Y'all stupid slow motherf**kers so crazy that y'all gonna let this n***a come down here and not show no love to Louisiana. This n***a ain't book no Louisiana artists. This n***a ain't book Big Poppa. This n***a ain't book B Will. This n***a ain't book Hurricane." He went on, "That n***a didn't even go to Baton Rouge and get no Boosie or no Webbie. N***a didn't f**k with us. N***a came to take advantage of us."
In the caption, Hurricane Chris wrote, "The people around @50cent are from New York. Even the ones who live in Shreveport, they are attempting to gatekeep a person who could've really made a difference." He then added, "I challenge you to let me show you our community and the things that the rotten people around you have hidden. We are the fourth worst educated state in America, murder happens daily, and our youth is lost."
