AceShowbiz - Mauricio Umansky, the star of the canceled Netflix series "Buying Beverly Hills," has been spotted getting cozy with girlfriend Nikita Kahn in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Photos obtained by TMZ show the couple walking hand-in-hand in the sand and sharing an intimate moment in the water.
Umansky, 54, and Kahn, 33, were spotted at the One&Only Mandarina resort, where they appeared to be enjoying some relaxation after the news that his show "Buying Beverly Hills" would not be returning for a third season.
The series, which followed Umansky and his staff at The Agency, including his daughters Farrah Brittany, Alexia Umansky, and Sophia Umansky, had highlighted his marital woes with estranged wife Kyle Richards.
Richards confirmed their separation in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage, stating that they had navigated their split through couple's therapy while living together. However, Umansky has since moved out.
Despite agreeing to date other people, Richards was reportedly devastated when she saw photos of Umansky kissing Kahn in Greece in July. Her sister Kathy Hilton said she had to comfort Richards after Umansky was first spotted with his new girlfriend.
"I think it was a hard pill to swallow seeing it," Richards' sister Kathy Hilton told Page Six. "So what I'm trying to do is just kind of calm her down a little bit. 'You know this was bound to happen. You've been separated.' "
