AceShowbiz - Bobbi Althoff and Cory Althoff have officially become single. Six months after announcing their split, the Internet personality and her ex-husband finalized their divorce.
Per the Thursday, August 15 settlement agreement obtained by PEOPLE, the 27-year-old and her former spouse will not pay spousal support or child support to each other. They will also keep their respective debts and assets separate.
Bobbi and Cory also agreed to joint legal custody of their two daughters, Isla, 2, and Luca, 4. "The Really Good Podcast" host will have primary physical custody of the children, while the 34-year-old will have the kids from Saturday to Monday each weekend, plus one overnight weeknight visitation.
Cory filed for divorce from Bobbi earlier in February, citing irreconcilable differences. In his filing, Cory listed their date of separation as July 4, 2023. It was the same month Drake became a guest on Bobbi's "The Really Good Podcast."
Bobbi, meanwhile, confirmed their separation on February 7. Posting a throwback picture of her and her ex from their happier moment together, she wrote, "As most of you have heard, Cory and I have filed for divorce."
"As sad as I am right now, I am so thankful for the time I got to be his wife," the social media personality continued. "Our girls are so lucky to have him as a father & I am so lucky to be able to coparent with such an incredible father and person."
She went on to declare her determination to keep her relationship with Cory amicable. She said, "While our relationship did not work out as husband and wife, we will always be friends and I will always love him."
