Beyonce Knowles' mother has amicably concluded her divorce from actor Richard Lawson, and details of their settlement are as intriguing as their wedding once was.

AceShowbiz - Tina Knowles, 70, and Richard Lawson, 77, who tied the knot on April 12, 2015, in a ceremony graced by Beyonce Knowles, Jay-Z, Solange Knowles, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, Samuel L. Jackson, and Lawson's children, Bianca and Richard Jr., have officially ended their marriage. The couple separated on July 25, 2023, with Tina filing for divorce the very next day, citing "irreconcilable differences."
The final settlement, reached peacefully, reveals that Tina was awarded significant assets, including a 2018 Tesla, a 2020 Bentley, and the rights to a book deal with Penguin Random House titled "Matriarch."
She also retains a 1 percent interest in Kirby Beauty Management LLC, furniture and artwork in her possession, and all intellectual property she created during their marriage. Additionally, Tina keeps her homes in Los Angeles and Texas, all furniture and jewelry in her possession, her retirement accounts, and any earnings accumulated since their separation.
Richard, on the other hand, was awarded a 2021 Cadillac Escalade, several bank and retirement accounts, all money owed to Richard Lawson Studios, as well as any royalties earned and intellectual property created during their marriage. He also retains rights to his studio, artwork, jewelry, clothing, and SAG pension plan.
Tina agreed to pay off any outstanding credit card debt in her name and all household expenses while Richard will cover his own credit card debt and any associated with the Cadillac. Furthermore, Tina committed to a one-time payment of $300,000 to her ex-husband, with neither party receiving spousal support.
A significant part of their agreement includes a "non-disparagement clause," which prohibits either party from speaking negatively about each other or each other's children, spouses, and grandchildren.
