AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are making the best of things despite having an extended period apart due to work commitments. The pair, who have been dating for around a year now, are reported to have Zoom dates several nights each week while they are currently miles apart.

The pop superstar has been on the road for her sold-out "Eras Tour". While the NFL star was able to join her on several shows, he has returned to Kansas City to join the Chiefs' training camp since July 21. On how they make it work despite the long-distance relationship, a source spills to Life & Style that the couple has had intimate Zoom dates.

"They're on different time zones," the so-called insider reveals, "but Travis is fitting his schedule around hers by going to bed super early after training camp and filming [his 'New Heights' podcast]."

"He does go out partying occasionally, but for the most part, he's being way more chill and looking forward to these date nights with Taylor as the highlights of his week," the source claims. On the other hand, "She's up super late at night, and he's so dead tired when he gets home, that it actually works out," according to the informant.

"They set up the Zoom and snuggle into bed to talk and catch up on everything that happened in their day," the source dishes on what the lovebirds would do on their Zoom dates. "They'll eat dinner together on the video call and treat it like a date."

The insider goes on elaborating, "They'll even watch movies together and then fall asleep with it going all night, so they can wake up together. It's pretty over-the-top and not something he'd ever have agreed to in the past, but they're so in love that having to be apart is painful."

The insider notes, "They're counting down the days until they see each other again, which will be in just a few more weeks."

The site previously reported that the Grammy winner is looking forward to "nesting" with her man and spending some quiet time in Kansas City once she's back from Europe. And Travis is allegedly prepared to welcome Taylor back to his mansion with open arms.

"He has done what he can to make his house feel like home to her - even upgrading the kitchen because she loves to cook for him and their friends," another source said. "Friends say this downtime is exactly what Taylor needs and won't be surprised if it leads up to a wedding."

Taylor is currently in London for five shows at Wembley Stadium which will bring the European leg of her tour to an end. She will have a break until her tour resumes in October in North America.
