AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa and Bruno Mars appeared to have melted their fans' hearts with their collaborative project. The "Bad Romance" hitmaker and the "Talking to The Moon" singer surprised their devotees with a new music video for their joint track.

On Thursday, August 15, GaGa and Mars launched the official visuals of "Die With a Smile" via YouTube. In the newly-released MV, it can be seen that the two artists belt out the song, which was released that same day, together on a stage in what appears to be a studio.

Mars stands up in front of a microphone as he shows off his skills in playing a guitar. In the meantime, GaGa is documented sitting down on a chair while playing a piano. They are joined by band members standing a distance behind them. On the side of the stage are a number of statues, acting as an audience.

In the beginning of the 4-minute clip, Mars sings, "I, I just woke up from a dream/ Where you and I had to say goodbye/ And I don't know what it all means/ But since I survived, I realized/ Wherever you go, that's where I'll follow/ Nobody's promised tomorrow/ So I'ma love you every night like it's the last night/ Like it's the last night."

Meanwhile, GaGa is filmed playing the piano and smoking a cigarette, which she places in between her lips. At one point, she stops smoking and puts it on an ashtray. She begins singing, "Ooh, lost, lost in the words that we scream/ I don't even wanna do this anymore/ 'Cause you already know what you mean to me/ And our love's the only one worth fighting for."

Together, Mars and GaGa, who both have not released music in 2 to 3 years, sing, "If the world was ending/ I'd wanna be next to you/ If the party was over/ And our time on Earth was through/ I'd wanna hold you just for a while/ And die with a smile." She adds, "If the world was ending/ I'd wanna be next to you."

In the footage, Mars and GaGa look in sync in their blue-and-red outfits. Mars sports a red shirt underneath a blue suit and a pair of long matching pants. As for GaGa, she dons a blue blazer, which comes with red fabrics on the end of its two long sleeves, and a red scarf.

The MV surprised Mars and GaGa's fans. One in particular wrote, "Sitting in a bus, going to work, scrolling YouTube and pow, Bruno Mars x Lady Gaga collab! S**tty day got suddenly so much better." Another gushed, "The collab I never knew I needed, just wow. Their voices complement each other so well. Beautiful ballad." A third chimed in, "I had no idea what this song was going to sound like and it's a hit . Bruno and Lady Gaga sound so good together."
