In a series of videos posted on Instagram, Mena stated that Safaree "has no idea" that their children, Legend and Safire, have started school. She also revealed that she couldn't attend her daughter's first day of pre-k and felt "guilty" about it.

Mena emphasized that Safaree provides nothing for their children beyond the monthly child support payments, and that he allegedly skipped Christmas and his daughter's birthday last year. She also accused him of putting their children in a summer camp instead of spending quality time with them.
