AceShowbiz - Ben Affleck is seemingly feeling lighter these days despite his rumored marital woes. The Hollywood star looked happier than ever as he ditched his wedding in his latest outing amid reports of his looming divorce from Jennifer Lopez.

The 51-year-old looked chipper when he stepped out in Los Angeles on Tuesday, August 6, flashing a wide grin on his face when arriving at his office. Clad in a white shirt, navy suit and black shiny shoes, he donned a pair of aviator sunglasses while flaunting his new hairstyle.

The actor/filmmaker also carried a black leather bag in one hand and had an iced coffee in his other hand. He later revealed his bare wedding finger as he drove off in his car.

Ben showed positive attitude after it was reported that Jennifer is "furious" and "humiliated" over their split. A source told Page Six that the singer/actress is angry because it was Ben who initiated their reconciliation in 2021.

"He's humiliated her because she made a big deal that he's the love of her life," explained the source. "They just had two weddings two years ago. This is some kind of a record, they're not young kids."

Another insider said Ben is holding off on filing for divorce in order to protect her, despite reports that their divorce papers have been finalized. "He's very protective of her," the source claimed.

Meanwhile, another source told PEOPLE that Jennifer keeps a "good attitude" despite the divorce rumors. Considering everything that's going on, "Jennifer is having a good summer. She's been off and able to focus on what's next," a source spilled to the outlet. "She always has [a] good attitude even when things are not perfect."

The source added that the "If You Had My Love" singer "is trying to find a new home to start fresh" amid the looming divorce. The 55-year-old reportedly "hasn't seen Ben for weeks," as the source claimed that the two are "moving on separately" amid a strain in their marriage.

The Bronx native allegedly has looked at a home in Beverly Hills that is "truly exceptional." The property is said to be an "ideal setting for those seeking seclusion." The "Atlas" star has actually been quietly "looking on and off" for a new home, and toured another home in May and previously viewed properties that were not officially on the market.

Jennifer recently returned to Los Angeles following her extended stay in the Hamptons, where she celebrated her 55th birthday with her husband Ben. She threw a "Bridgerton"-themed party in July.
