AceShowbiz - SZA's skills are not only limited to music. The "Nobody Gets Me" hitmaker received high praise from gymnastics superstar Simone Biles during a friendly handstand contest in a new video.

In an Olympics promotional video for NBC Sports released on Monday, July 1, SZA met Simone after it was revealed that the athlete was officially qualified for the Paris games on Sunday. The clip saw SZA telling Simone that talking to the Olympian was a "dream" for her.

"This my dream to talk to you. I was so hyped cuz you're like my wildest dream," the multiple Grammy winner said. To that, Simone replied, "Thank you. You used to be a gymnast!"

SZA confirmed it, though she added, "I was nowhere near as cool as you. You're so - I just have never seen anything like you. No one has." The "Kill Bill" songstress later asked Simone to have a grown-up play date with her, saying, "I would love to just like, I don't know, play around in gym with you. That would be so fun." Equally excited, Simone suggested to have a "handstand contest."

The "Snooze" singer didn't wait long before she showcased her skills, much to Simone's surprise. "Wait, that's good!" the athlete exclaimed, while clapping her hands.

The pair later started their competition with SZA hand-walking into the gymnast's space. In a surprising outcome, SZA ended up beating it's high-likely staged for publicity. "That was so good!" Simone said, before SZA responded, "Okay, that was difficult."

In the short video, SZA also opened up why she changed lanes from gymnast to singing. "When it was, like, clear to me that I wasn't going to be like a national gymnast. I was like 'Okay, let me see what I can do or like see what else I can be,' " the musician, who was born Solana Imani Rowe, explained. "I needed something to be competitive at."
