Parker played a significant role in shaping Dua Lipa's latest album "Radical Optimism" as a co-producer and co-writer on seven tracks. Their creative partnership led to the creation of infectious songs like "Houdini", which blends 1980s sleaze and post-disco melodies. Three of Parker's collaborations became U.K. top 10 singles, including "Houdini", "Training Season" and "Illusion".
Lipa's Glastonbury set was a full-fledged production, featuring an impressive ensemble of dancers and a live band. Despite a clash with other popular acts, Lipa delivered an electrifying performance that had the crowd dancing and singing along to her infectious hits like "Training Season", "One Kiss" and "Levitating."
As headliner, Dua Lipa shared the festival's marquee with Coldplay and SZA. She revealed that she had received the offer to headline in November 2022 and kept it a secret ever since. Her excitement for Glastonbury was palpable, as she shared, "The barometer for any music I've ever made has been 'What is this going to sound like at Glastonbury?' That is the pinnacle for me."
