Savannah vividly recalls the moment her father was sent to FPC Pensacola in Florida 17 months ago, leaving an undeniable void in their lives. She expressed her concern for the flaws in the prison system, which she believes disproportionately affects families.
"It doesn't just punish the individual...it tears at the true core of families, leaving behind wounds that are slow to heal," she wrote. She acknowledged feeling "not okay" and the immense pain of missing her father.
Despite her personal struggles, Savannah vowed to fight for justice for her family and others who have been "torn apart by an imperfect system." She believes every family deserves a fair and just treatment, and she is determined to advocate for a justice system that promotes healing rather than further pain.

Todd and Julie Chrisley were found guilty of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States, and tax fraud in June 2022. They were sentenced to 12 and seven years in prison, respectively, in November 2022. Since then, their sentences have been reduced by nearly two years. They continue to appeal their conviction.
Savannah has previously expressed interest in pursuing a career in law and working on a reality show that showcases the challenges of her parents' incarceration.
