The new milestone makes the album the first to spend its first eight weeks at No. 1 since Morgan Wallen's chart-topping 'One Thing at a Time', which led the tally for 12 weeks last year.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift's chart-topping album "The Tortured Poets Department" is unrivaled on the Billboard 200 album chart. The pop star's latest set tops the tally for an eighth consecutive and total week after earning 128,000 equivalent album units earned in the U.S. in the week ending June 13, according to Luminate.

It marks the first album to spend its first eight weeks at No. 1 since Morgan Wallen’s "One Thing at a Time", which led for 12 weeks last year. Of "The Tortured Poets Department" number, SEA units comprise 104,000 units. Album sales comprise 23,000 units, while TEA units comprise 1,000 units.

Back to the chart, Billie Eilish's "Hit Me Hard and Soft" moves up from No. 3 to No. 2 with 106,000 equivalent album units earned in its fourth week. At No. 3 is Charli XCX's new album "Brat" that earns 82,000 equivalent album units. It is Charli's best week by units and her largest sales week ever.

Morgan's "One Thing at a Time" is stationary at No. 4 on the new Billboard 200 with 72,000 equivalent album units. On the other hand, Bon Jovi scores its 14th Top 10-charting effort with its new album "Forever" after earning 50,000 units. ATEEZ's "Golden Hour: Part 1" drops from No. 2 to No. 6 in its second week after earning 45,000 equivalent album units.

Morgan's former No. 1 "Dangerous: The Double Album" also slips from No. 6 to No. 7 with 44,000 earned. Noah Kahan's "Stick Season" moves down one rang from No. 7 to No. 8 after earning 42,000 units.

Meanwhile, Shaboozey's "Where I've Been, Isn't Where I'm Going" falls from No. 5 to No. 9 after earning 41,000 units in its second week. Rounding out the Top 10 is Chappell Roan's "The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess" as it rises from No. 12 with 40,000 equivalent album units earned.
