AceShowbiz - Billy Ray Cyrus' divorce from Firerose is getting uglier. Accusing his estranged wife of charging $96,986.05 on his credit card, the country crooner filed a temporary restraining order against her.

In legal docs obtained by TMZ, the 62-year-old claimed his now-ex spent the hefty amount via 37 unauthorized charges between May 23 and June 7. She reportedly used the father of five's business American Express card, which he argued she was never approved to handle.

Billy asked a judge to grant an emergency restraining order to prevent Firerose from utilizing the card and accessing his other financial accounts. He also wanted her to be ordered to pay him back.

Firerose has defended herself though, noting in her own filing that she's had access to several of Billy's cards since they moved in together in 2022 and that she never had to abide by any limit. The Australian native also argued that she should be able to use their martial money while they were still legally married to support her lifestyle.

In addition, Firerose, whose real name is Johanna Rose Hodges, claimed that $45,000 of the money Billy wanted back was mistakenly charged by the law firm representing her. She said the money has already been refunded.

Billy and Firerose tied the knot in October 2023. The marriage unfortunately lasted only less than a year, with the "Achy Breaky Heart" hitmaker submitting the divorce paper on May 22. The father of Miley Cyrus cited irreconcilable differences and inappropriate marital conduct and sought an annulment on the grounds of alleged fraud.
