AceShowbiz - NLE Choppa takes time to hit back at a homophobic troll. On Thursday, June 13, the rapper shut down an X user calling him "zesty" after the musician wrote on his account his desire to perform at a Pride event.
"I want to perform Slut Me Out 2 at a pride event in return of the love yall showed me !!" so the "IT'S GETTING HOT" spitter wrote on the app, previously known as Twitter. While most people praised NLE for being an ally for LGBTQ+, one user slammed the rapper for it by writing, "This n***a zesty a** be tweakin."
The comment didn't go unnoticed by NLE. The rapper quickly clapped back, "I'm secure, I know who I am. Show love it won't hurt and also You do know women are apart of LGBTQ+ community right you gone hate them too?" He added, "I mean at the least appreciate the women in that community if everything else make you uncomfortable king."
Fans loved NLE's response to the troll. "My line brother is of the LGBTQ COMMUNITY. He respects boundaries. He used to put me on game on how to approach women. When you're comfortable with your own identity. Others won't phase you," one fan wrote.
"Nothing more manlier and sexier than a man who's confident in their sexuality men who fear it seem to be compensating for something," another fan noted. Someone else added, "I really like him. Preserve him at all costs."
One other noted, "He is secure & knows who buys music." Slamming the troll, someone else added, "Some men have fragile masculinity and project that onto other men, weird." Similarly, one user wrote, "It's always fun to read exchanges between a man and a fragile man. It's wild how they weed themselves out."
