Just a week ago, Sweeney secured this opulent estate for $4.5 million less than its original asking price. The 7,720-square-foot mansion boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a host of luxurious features including a gourmet chef's kitchen, a 520-bottle wine room, a 330-gallon aquarium, an elevator, a home fitness center, a game room, and covered parking. The property, nestled amongst palm trees and providing ample privacy, is located about 30 minutes from Key West.
