AceShowbiz - 50 Cent and Rep. Lauren Boebert appear to have developed a great admiration for each other following their meeting in Washington D.C. The two were not ashamed to express their feelings on social media after posing together at the White House.
It was the Colorado Republican who fired off the first flirty message online by posting on her Instagram page their picture taken at the White House on Wednesday, June 5. In the photo, the two appeared to get cozy around each other as Fiddy got his arm and hand wrapped around the politician's waist.
"I'd still love you if you flipped burgers at Burger King @50Cent, I used to do that myself! Thanks for the photo, great to meet you!" Lauren wrote in the caption, dropping a reference to his No. 1 hit "21 Questions".
It did not take long for 50 Cent to return the favor. Taking to his own account, he shared a different but similar image from their meeting. "Lauren Boebert, Colorado Republican making the white house look good," he captioned the snap.
50 Cent, born Curtis James Jackson III, visited the Capitol Hill and White House during his trip to D.C. with civil rights attorney Ben Crump as part of their mission to get black people more representation in the country's booming alcohol industry. There, he met lawmakers and the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC).
"Mr. Jackson's journey has been a testament to how much a determined individual can succeed through hard work and vision, and yet he still must contend with the oppression that comes from being a minority business owner," Ben said in a statement ahead of the Capitol Hill visit.
He added, "We are committed to helping Mr. Jackson demonstrate the true power of not just his television acumen but also the power of the consumers to make corporate America allow a seat at the table for hard-working Black entrepreneurs."
Lauren previously made headlines for her handsy date in a public place which was captured on camera in October 2023.
As for 50 Cent, he vowed early this year that he would practice abstinence amid rumors that he and his girlfriend Jamira "Cuban Link" Haines, 29, had split. "My new idea is so big, I don't have time to be distracted I'm practicing abstinence, I have been meditating and focusing on my goals," he declared on Instagram back in January. "I hope this New Year helps you excel to the next level."
