The reality TV star opens up about her enduring grief for her late friend on a touching new Lifetime docuseries that explores the tragic murder from a fresh perspective.

AceShowbiz - Kris Jenner, 68, is still grieving the loss of her late friend, Nicole Brown Simpson, three decades after her tragic murder. In the third episode of the four-part Lifetime documentary series "The Life and Murder of Nicole Brown Simpson", Kris expressed her continued pain over Nicole's passing.

"You never get over losing a friend that way," the reality TV star said, fighting back tears in a confessional. "And I think I pack it down so far deep inside, you know? It's been 30 years. It's hard. [It's] one of the hardest days I've ever experienced."

Nicole was found murdered in 1994 outside her Brentwood, California, home, along with her friend Ronald Goldman. She was 35 years old. Her then-husband, O.J. Simpson, was arrested for the murders but later acquitted in a sensational trial known as the "Trial of the Century."

For the Lifetime docuseries, more than 50 people were interviewed, including Nicole's sisters, family members and friends. The project coincides with the 30th anniversary of Nicole's murder on June 12, 1994, and includes previously unreleased archival footage.

Instead of focusing on O.J. Simpson and his connection to the crime, the series explores Nicole's perspective and experiences with domestic violence. The project is part of Lifetime's Stop Violence Against Women initiative.

"The Life and Murder of Nicole Brown Simpson" is available to stream on Lifetime.
