AceShowbiz - Luann de Lesseps gets candid about one former "The Real Housewives of New York City" co-star that she would avoid. During a new interview, the 59-year-old star was asked if there's one Housewife she would not want to film with again.
Instead of going cryptic, Luann gave a clear answer to the question. "Probably [Bethenny Frankel], to be perfectly honest," she told Us Weekly during the Sip or Spill Series of Happy Hour. "I don't think she'd come to the table in any case."
Not stopping there, Luann continued to shade Bethenny later during the interview when playing "Marry, F**k, Kill" game. Given the choice between Dorinda Medley, Ramona Singer and Bethenny, Luann said, "I'm gonna marry Dorinda because I want to live at Bluestone Manor. I'm gonna give Ramona a little action and you know I'd kill Bethenny."
Luann additionally revealed that she's content with her life despite dramas throughout the years. "I'm not a person that lives in regrets," she divulged. "I think everything happens and I loved all of our fights. It was so good."
Luann and Bethenny did have ups and downs during their tenure on the Bravo reality TV series. In one of their fights, Bethenny called Luann "a sl*t and a liar and a hypocrite and a snake." Luann clapped back by calling her a "piece of s**t" before storming off.
The two ended their feud in 2019 only to be back to square one in July 2023 after Bethenny appeared to shade Luann over her cabaret show. At the time, the SkinnyGirls founder wrote on threads, "Feels fairly likely since I [sic] my life isn't a cabaret."
The reignited their feud when Luann showed disagreement when Bethenny proposed a plan for reality TV stars to unionize. "Now, back to Bethenny. You know, listen, why bite the hand that feeds you?" Luann asked the audience at one of her cabaret shows in December 2023.
She continued, "You know, just go off into the sunset. You [Bethenny] make millions and gazillions of dollars. If you claim you do, then why are you still harping on us? Why are you talking about us?"
