AceShowbiz - Britney Spears got "lost" in Las Vegas with her brother Bryan. Offering fans a glimpse of her vacation, the "Toxic" hitmaker shared a quirky video of her and her older sibling at a spa.

The 42-year-old posted the clip on Instagram on Tuesday, May 28. "My brother, we're in Vegas, and we're going to the spa, and we're lost!" she said from behind the camera as she filmed her brother leading her to the front desk at Resorts World's Awana Spa.

Seemingly enjoying the visit, Britney compared the sprawling retreat to "Disneyland for adults" and a "spaceship" with "a lot of balls" hanging from the ceiling. "I feel like I'm trippin', dude! This is better than Disneyland 'cause it's sexy," she exclaimed.

Britney's trip to Sin City arrived just one day after she teased her plan on Instagram. Posting a video of her rocking a bikini and a cowboy hat, she penned, "Vegas, here I come !!! Then London !!! Then Italy !!!"

While Britney has been estranged from most of her family members for years amid her conservatorship, she has remained close to Bryan. "He's been staying over and helping her alongside a therapist," a source told Page Six in August 2023, shortly after the singer's then-husband, Sam Asghari filed for divorce from her.

The insider described Bryan's steadfast presence in the Princess of Pop's life as "a great thing" for their family. Britney herself declared last week that she wanted to "be the bigger person and forgive" her parents, Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears.

"By trying to forgive the people who made the right side of my body have serious nerve damage to where I can't even think sometimes. I have to be the bigger person and forgive my own parents... but that's extremely hard!!!" she claimed. "I will do my best to let it go and not let others down by my anger!!!"
