"Do I still shop in Primark? I shop wherever I wanna shop!" she said. "I don't feel like you should ever be too good to shop anywhere."
As the host of "Love Island", Maya's fashion choices have become a highlight. She credits her stylist Rhea for ensuring her outfits are perfect for the show. "I have a really good stylist, Rhea, so we do think about things like transparency and how the clothes will look when I'm walking, especially at night," she explained. Maya's signature looks include beachy daytime outfits and sleek black dresses for dramatic moments.
Maya is not intimidated by her upcoming 30th birthday in August. However, she acknowledges the pressure to throw an epic party. "When you've been doing parties every year for your birthday, it feels like the 30th one needs to be the biggest ever," she said.
Maya's love for the contestants on "Love Island" is evident. "When I get to know them, they're like my little babies," she said. "I love Aftersun for that because I can have a moment with them and get to know them properly."
