The 'Underworld' actress, who was hospitalized due to a mystery illness back in March before being discharged in the following month, shows off her strength and flexibility with a new video shared on Instagram.

AceShowbiz - Kate Beckinsale proves she's gotten her strength back months after her health scare. Taking to social media, the "Underworld" star uploaded a video of her doing yoga.
In the Instagram clip posted on Sunday, May 19, the 50-year-old could be seen showing off her flexibility. She did the lotus pose and impressive splits among others.
Kate only captioned the video with emojis of thankful hands. However, when a fan wrote, "I love it! I practiced a little vinyasa yoga today. I normally run and strength train but I love yoga and meditation too. It's so good for the body and soul," she replied, "It helps so much," adding one red heart emoji.
Kate was hospitalized back in March due to a mystery illness. "Thank you to those that love us and support us when it's s**t and try to make sure there are some bits that aren't," she wrote on Instagram, staying mum on her health issues.
"And for looking after our dogs when we can't, and lead us to remember happy things when we can't. And turn up when we are sick and sit with us," the former girlfriend of Pete Davidson added. "And send balloons and check in and pull us out of wells with love."
Kate was released from the hospital month. She took to Instagram to give a look at her latest condition while also hinting at her mystery illness. In one picture that she shared, she could be seen wearing a shirt with the words "Tummy Troubles Survivor" written on it, suggesting that her recent hospitalization might be due to stomach-related issues.
In an interview with PEOPLE, Kate admitted that this year has been "rough." She continued, "Because my parents have both been unwell and my cat ... it's been a bunch of things. So that's why it's nice to come and see friends and have a little perspective. Everyone's had a bit of a rough year, I think."
