After facing criticisms over her two children's car seat safety, the former star of 'The Simple Life' also voices her appreciation to online critics for their advice.

AceShowbiz - Paris Hilton has been showered with praise by social media users despite recent backlash. The former star of "The Simple Life" received positive responses for taking "mom advice" after facing criticisms over her kids' car seat.

On Tuesday, May 14, the 43-year-old reality TV star showed her followers that she had taken their advice about her children's car seat. Making use of her TikTok page, she uploaded a video in which she showcased her two kids' rear-facing car seats, which had been installed in her "sliving" mom van.

In the short clip, Paris was walking towards her luxury van with her son Phoenix and daughter London sitting on their respective car seats. She also filmed the car seats from a close distance, seemingly proving that they have been installed rear-facing.

Phoenix looked happy when his mother recorded the video. The first child of the hotel heiress was seen flashing his radiant big smile while moving both of his legs. In the meantime, his younger sister London was calm as she sat still on her seat.

In the footage, Paris could be heard saying, "The cutesie crew is ready to go. We are all strapped in. We are in the sliving mom van. Yas, thanks guys." Along with the 20-second video, she wrote in the caption, "Thanks for the mom advice, I'm new to this. The #CutesieCrew is now ready for take off in the #SlivingMom van."

It did not take long for the video to be flooded with positive online comments from TikTok users. One in particular wrote, "I love that you showed you were vulnerable and not perfect and took the advice." In return, Paris penned, "No one is perfect. love you."

Similarly, another user stated, "I'm glad you didn't take offense!!!" Paris replied, "No, I'm not taking offense. I am a new mom and just learning as I go. So I appreciate advice when it is kind as I'm just trying to be the best mom I can be."

The video came after Paris sparked a significant online debate about child car seat safety. Previously, the socialite gave fans a glimpse of her children buckled into forward-facing car seats in her new van. Many were quick to express concern over the safety of the setup, noting that California highway patrol guidelines recommend that children under 2 years of age should ride in a rear-facing car seat.
