The Canadian actor has made his new relationship official on social media by sharing a photo of his girlfriend amidst his ongoing divorce from the 'Beverly Hills, 90210' alum.

AceShowbiz - Dean McDermott, 57, has taken to social media to announce his relationship with Lily Calo. On Wednesday, May 15, McDermott shared an Instagram post alongside his girlfriend, marking their first official appearance on social media.
The photo was taken at The Magic Castle, a private club in Los Angeles, and shows the couple arm in arm. "Sometimes ya just gotta put on your best duds and take your girl to The Magic Castle. Cuz she's Magic!! #mylovey," McDermott captioned the post.
Along with McDermott's post, Calo, a senior account executive at health brand Conscious Community Global, shared a black-and-white photo of the pair smiling widely. "I've got peace and I've got love #gratefulheart," she wrote.
This public display of affection comes as McDermott's divorce from Tori Spelling, his wife of nearly 18 years, is ongoing. Spelling officially filed for divorce on March 29.
In a surprising show of support, Spelling, who turns 51 on May 16, commented on Calo's post, saying "Love you both." She also liked her ex's Instagram post, signaling a harmonious approach to their new family dynamics.
Spelling has also revealed that she enjoys Calo's company during family dinners. "I like Lily a lot. It's not bad. It's just, you know, it's different," she said in an episode of her "misSPELLING" podcast.
McDermott requested the dissolution of his marriage on May 13, citing irreconcilable differences. He also requested joint physical and legal custody of their five children, while Spelling has requested sole physical custody.
Additionally, McDermott is seeking spousal support for himself, while Spelling has requested the termination of spousal support for him.
Meanwhile, Spelling has also been seen with a new significant other, Ryan Cramer, the CEO of the Santa Monica-based agency Neuron Syndicate Inc.
