AceShowbiz - Travis Barker had his unique way of celebrating his wife Kourtney Kardashian's latest milestone. To mark "The Kardashians" star's 45th birthday, the Blink-182 drummer unleashed a picture of her sitting on a toilet.

On Thursday, April 18, the 48-year-old amused his online devotees with a photo of his spouse lifting up her black dress while squatting over the pot. Instead of feeling embarrassed, the reality star flashed a wide smile to the camera.

The image was the final one among other pictures in her carousel post, which showed tender moments exchanged between the Poosh founder and their 5-month-old son, Rocky Thirteen. Others displayed the reality star lounging in bed, on a private jet and on a boat with the rocker.

In the caption, Travis wrote, "Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife, soulmate and best friend forever. I love you, I love our life together." He added, "Thank you for being the most amazing wife a person could ask for. Here's to many more years of adventures together."

Many people found the tribute amusing. One fan in particular wrote, "That's real love." Another replied, "Lmfaoooo you did not have to do her like that but im glad you did!!"

While her birthday was supposed all about celebration, Kourtney set aside time to clap back at an online troll for commenting on her body. The drama started after Kim Kardashian posted a picture of the two and Khloe Kardashian as a birthday tribute to Kourtney.

In the picture, the sisters wore little black bikinis. One fan suggested Kourtney wasn't going to like the picture, writing, "Now you know she's not going to like this photo... lol it's her bday Kim.. lol."

In response, Kourtney stated, "I LOVE this photo! It is me and my sisters having the best time on a trip with our kids...and the memories to last forever!" She went on to note, "And I LOVE this body that gave me my 3 big babies and my little baby boy."
