Born Seraphina Rose, the 15-year-old middle child of Affleck and ex-wife Garner wears a suit and sports cropped hair while announcing their new identity, Fin Affleck.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's child, formerly known as Seraphina Rose, has officially adopted the new name Fin. The 15-year-old made their first public appearance with the new name at a memorial service for Garner's father last weekend.

Fin, wearing a black suit and tie, introduced themselves to the crowd at Christ Church United Methodist in Charleston, West Virginia, before reciting a Bible verse.

The teen had previously been spotted with a cropped haircut and a backpack bearing the name "Fin." However, the memorial service was their first official debut under their new identity.

Fin's grandfather, William Garner, passed away at 85 on March 30. Garner paid tribute to her father on Instagram, stating that while there was "no tragedy" in his death, grief is unavoidable.

Fin is the middle child of Garner and Affleck, who split in 2015 and finalized their divorce in 2018. They also have an older sister, Violet Anne, 18, and a younger brother, Samuel, 15.

Fin's father, Ben Affleck, married singer Jennifer Lopez in 2022. Lopez's daughter, Emme Maribel Muniz, also uses gender-neutral pronouns and has become close with Fin as a step-sibling.

Fin's decision to adopt a new name is reminiscent of other celebrity children who have embraced their non-traditional identities. Emme Muniz's use of gender-neutral pronouns is one example.
