The 'World War Z' actor insists the non-disclosure agreement he wanted his former wife to sign was not overly broad and he maintains innocence over abuse allegations.

AceShowbiz - Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's legal battle over their French winery, Miraval, continues, with Brad refuting his ex-wife's claim that he demanded she sign a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Brad does not deny requesting Angelina to sign an NDA but argues that the NDA he presented was reasonable and not overly broad. He also claims that Angelina's lawyer previously proposed an even broader non-disparagement clause during their divorce settlement.

Brad maintains that the NDA was necessary to protect the reputation of Miraval, as both parties agreed. He wanted to ensure that Angelina would not publicly criticize him after purchasing her share of the winery, potentially harming the business.

To support his argument, Brad has requested the court to order Angelina to produce other NDAs she has signed or requested others to sign, demonstrating that the one he proposed is not exceptional.

Meanwhile, Angelina has filed her own documents, accusing Brad of physical abuse during their marriage, preceding the 2016 private jet incident with their children. Brad has denied these allegations.
