In his suit, a former staffer in Ye's Donda Academy also claims that the rapper once simulated sexual act in front of him during a meeting at Nobu Hotel in Malibu.

AceShowbiz - More details about the new lawsuit against Kanye West are here. In his suit, which was filed in Los Angeles on Tuesday, April 2, a man named Trevor Phillips claimed that Ye flaunted nude photos of his female friend to Donda Academy staffers.

Trevor claimed in the court documents that in addition to flaunting the photos, he once simulated masturbation in front of him during a meeting at Nobu Hotel in Malibu, California. In his lawsuit, Trevor went on saying, "Just a few moments later while lying flat on the bed and staring up at the ceiling, Kanye began to make slow up and down motions with his hand just above his genitals - as though he was masturbating."

Not stopping there, the former husband of Kim Kardashian allegedly used one of his hands to "forcefully and dramatically" grab and pull the other hand "making the masturbatory gestures away from his crotch." Ye then allegedly told Trevor, "I got to keep my hand away from my phone to keep me away from looking at pornos," making him "totally shocked and distraught."

The former employee also recalled feeling uncomfortable after being likened to Zoe Kravitz by Ye. "You look like Zoe Kravitz," the Yeezy designer told him after the latter tried to divert the conversation as the rapper was talking about his adoration for Adolf Hitler. "Yeah you look like her… But, not like that. You are handsome like in a Lenny Kravitz type of way."

Prior to this, it was revealed that the lawsuit also claimed that the "Flashing Lights" spitter wanted to install a jail at his school Donda Academy to "cage" students. He was also accused of threatening to punch a former employee during a "temper tantrum."

In his suit, Trevor, who is black, alleged that Ye would give preferential treatment to white employees. "Kanye's ill-will towards the plaintiff ultimately culminated in a vulgar lashing in front of schoolchildren and their parents," the complaint read. "Kanye even threatened Phillips with physical violence."

Trevor, who started working in the private school in November 2022 until August 2023, is seeking at least $35,000 for what he labels as whistleblower retaliation, discrimination based on race and a hostile workplace, among eight other causes of action.
