AceShowbiz - Cardi B and Ice Spice have squashed speculations suggesting that they are in a feud. The "Bodak Yellow" raptress and the "Princess Diana" hitmaker proved that they remain on good terms with their sweet photos.

On Wednesday, April 3, Cardi asked Ice to send their pictures together, which were taken when they brushed shoulders at the Vanity Fair Oscars party that was held in March. Making use of X, formerly known as Twitter, she began by explaining why she brought up Ice's name in her previous tweets before requesting Ice to share the snaps.

Cardi tweeted, "I think there might be some confusion on what was said. I asked why he feels so comfortable calling me Mexican? I have no Mexican parents," referring to an X user she was discussing with. The 31-year-old raptress went on to explain, "My mom is Trini.. she came out of a whole black woman. My father is Dominican, I'm Dominican just like you."

"I also used other Dominicans as an example because as you should know a lot of times we get clustered into one because of the language," she added. She then asked, "Also can you send me that pic you took of me wit ya camera from vanity fair? Thank youuu," adding a smooch emoji.

In response, Ice simply tweeted, "De lo mio," which translates to "From what is mine," with a smooch and the flag of Dominican Republic emojis. Along with it, she attached two photos of them at the star-studded Oscars party. In the snaps, they were standing close next to each other with Cardi flashing her smile and Ice pouting her lips.

The photos were released after Cardi mentioned Ice's moniker in a discussion about parents and heritage with the X user, prompting people to assume that the two artists were feuding. On X, Cardi wrote, "Same reason why you felt comfortable calling me a Mexican when I'm Dominican and I asked you why you feel comfortable calling me a Mexican when ice and Jharell Jerome, Zoe Saldana are Dominicans and you don't do that to them."

"You do it to me because you know that's what people use to hurt me. same way as you use my name in that video knowing exactly what you doing," she continued. In return, Ice revealed, "No offense bardi its cus i have a dominican parent & a black one," adding a black heart emoji.
