"A reconciliation with Harry and Meghan is totally possible, 100%," Grant told the publication. "I can believe, without any doubt, that Harry will be in touch with Kate and William and offering his help - whether they accept it or not is a very different matter."

"But I honestly believe Harry would have reached out personally and Meghan," Grant continued. "Sadly, it's times like this that brings families together and blood is thicker than water."

It was previously revealed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have privately contacted the Prince and Princess of Wales after she revealed her cancer diagnosis. The parents of two even issued a statement that read, "We wish health and healing for Kate and the family, and hope they are able to do so privately and in peace."

Kate's diagnosis has come as a shock to both the royal family and the public. The mom of three shared her story in a video message, revealing that she had been undergoing a course of preventative chemotherapy after being diagnosed with cancer following an abdominal surgery in January.

The type of cancer Kate was diagnosed with remains unclear. A Kensington Palace source said they "will not be sharing any further private medical information," adding that "the Princess has a right to medical privacy, as we all do." A spokesperson also praised her for her courage and stated that both Charles, who is battling cancer himself, and William will continue to provide love and support to her and the entire family.
